【ROT BBQ】
Every year invited by company side (employee side) for all part time jobs! It is ROTBBQ of all stores jointly. We are enhancing our unity with staff who are hard to get up to. Currently about 200 people are going.

Employee trip held twice a year
Traveling for comfort and exchange purposes in winter
In the summer we put our tents on our own BBQ
Moreover, BBQ is a BBQ of a gem that eating and drinking people seriously challenge.
【Lot Award】
At the beginning of the year there is a store that is doing its best at sales! Store manager! There is an environment where everyone gets a honorable place by setting up a place of honor for the part-time job staff!
We hold "Award Ceremony" and "New Year's Party" held at the Toda City Cultural Center every year, with all the stores closed. With laughter! With tears! I have a nice start of the year.
